Refund policy

At Ella Wear, we want you to feel fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • In its original packaging, including labels and tags

Please contact us at gabriella@klapp.se before sending your return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different color or product, please contact us at support@ellawear.se.
We currently process exchanges by refunding your original order and asking you to place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

We will resolve the matter quickly—either with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items sold as final sale (when stated)

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
